Robert Johnson
Rob Johnson, a St. Louis native with over 35 years of tattooing experience, is known for his versatility and standout work in black and gray, color realism, and American traditional styles. He specializes in large-scale pieces, combining technical precision with bold lines and rich color. His vibrant color work is especially noted for its longevity. Outside the studio, Rob’s a die-hard Blues fan and spends time working on his El Camino.

To book with Rob, visit the shop for an in-person consultation. A $100 deposit will be required, and we’ll add you to the schedule.
Rob is in the shop Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 12pm-8pm.
Nathan Shanley is a seasoned tattoo artist of 18 years. He specializes in Traditional, black and grey, and illustrative work. A very versatile artist, Nathan can bring just about any idea to life. When Nathan isn’t in the shop, he enjoys oil painting and wood carving. Nathan most importantly enjoys spending time with his wife and children.

To book with Nathan, you can direct message him on social media or send him an email with your appointment request. Nathan is available for in person consultation Tuesday-Friday. A $100 deposit is required to book pending appointment details.
Nathan is in the shop Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and select Saturdays from 12pm - 8pm.
Lauren has been piercing since 2023 and tattooing since 2024. With a lifelong passion for art, she earned her Bachelor’s of Fine Arts from the University of Missouri-Columbia in 2022, focusing on drawing and printmaking. As a newer tattoo artist, Lauren is open to various styles and enjoys collaborating with clients to create custom designs. She has a particular love for tattooing plant and animal imagery and is always eager to discuss the possibilities of each project.

Alyssa Johnson
Alyssa is a tattoo apprentice under the direct supervision of her mentor and father, Rob. She has a deep love and connection to tattooing and is excited to follow in her father’s foot steps. She’s been part of the Easy Street family since 2021, help build the business from the ground up.
With a passion for making ideas a reality, Alyssa is excited to take on new design challenges. Whether assisting in the shop or working on custom designs, she’s dedicated to growing as an artist and contributing her own voice to the legacy she’s proud to be part of.
Alyssa is currently scheduling discounted tattoos for the upcoming months. She has an affinity for traditional and illustrative works but is willing and excited to explore more styles as her skill progresses.

To book please message Alyssa via any of her contact points. Works larger than palm size will require an in person consultation, and may be subject to a $100 deposit. This will hold your place in the schedule, and contribute towards the payment of your tattoo.
